Analysis of Three Kinds of Structures of Check Valves in High Pressure Power Station
The main function of the American standard power station check valve is to prevent the medium from flowing back, thereby protecting the safety of water pumps and other equipment. It is widely used in circulating water pipelines and main water supply pipelines in thermal power plants.
There are three main structural forms of the American standard high-pressure power station check valve:
1. Lifting American standard check valve: The sealing performance is better but the flow resistance is larger, and its use is basically limited to small units, the installation is relatively free, and the placement method is relatively flexible.
2. Swing type American standard check valve: It has the characteristics of small flow resistance and very fast opening and closing speed. It can be subdivided into two types: ordinary type and built-in type. It is basically used on pipelines with large diameters and faster flow rates. It is a structure that is currently used in large quantities.
3. Inclined American standard check valve: a new type of structure, with good sealing and small impact, and it is also a structure that is currently used in large quantities.
