The working process of the American standard globe valve
The American standard globe valve is a forced-sealing valve. When it is closed, a certain pressure must be applied to the disc. Only through this forced method can the sealing surface not leak. It is a control component in a fluid conveying system, with functions such as cut-off, regulation, diversion, prevention of backflow, stabilization, diversion, or overflow.
The American standard globe valve can generally be used to control the flow of radioactive media, water, oil, mud, liquid metal, and various corrosive media. It is mainly used in the fields of natural gas, power stations, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, and national defense scientific research.
The working process of the American standard globe valve:
The valve opens. The medium enters from the A port and flows out through the B port. When the bypass requires the medium to flow in, the actuator is turned on, the spool is reversed, and the medium enters the C port from the A port and exits. When the pipeline does not require medium to flow in, the actuator is turned on °, the valve is closed to cut off the medium.
